Domain Arlaud Aux Cheseaux 1er Cru 2004

Aux Cheseaux has a complex funky nose with forest floor. The palate has a silky entry, but then muscles up with tannins and fruit to give a good mouth feel leading into a complex spicey finish.

Domain Arlaud Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2004

“What can I say, one of my favorite appellations. This wine has it all, but it is the way it  comes together. Seamless. An outstanding wine” – (Brian Franklin.

Domain Arlaud Les Blanchards 1er Cru 2004

Les Blanchards has a nose of cherries and berry fruits with some complex briary, meaty character. A smooth, fruity entry leads into a velvety textured mid-palate of fine tannins that give a long persistent finish.

Domain Arlaud Les Millandes 1er Cru 2004

Les Millandes has a complex nose of coffee, cigar box , charcuterie character with underlying berry fruits. Another smooth fruity entry leading into a smoky textured mid-palate with the fine tannins giving an impressive finish.

Domain de la Perriere Monopole 1er Cru 2005

This domaine was established in 1142 by the Coteaux monks. It is a monopole and has been owned by the Joliet family since 1852.

The 2005 vintage was vinified under the watchful eye of Philippe Charlopin using the same technique as for his wines. It is typical of the 05 vintage being an exceptional wine. All it needs is time.

Chateau de Pommard Monopole 2005

This wine is not your typical Pommard. With Philippe Charlopin’s magic there is more fruit and much finer tannins than you would normally find in a Pommard.

Everything you expect in a fine burgundy, the nose, the mouth feel, and the finish.
