Sean Kim is the founder of Green Sketchbook and has extensive experience connecting Australian producers with Korean consumers. Since meeting the Apsley Gorge team, he has developed a strong partnership with the winery based on shared values, mutual trust, and a passion for showcasing exceptional Tasmanian wines in South Korea.

One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the remarkable Sayuwon, created by Mr. Yoo, one of our most valued and long-standing customers. The visit was a memorable experience and a wonderful reflection of the care, vision and respect for nature that also resonate deeply with our own approach to winemaking.
