This is where it all begins. Their entry-level wine with 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and 2 years of reserve wines.
A golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse but not overtly aggressive.
The nose clean, subtle, fruit-driven, expressing the fresh Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The palate entry is lively from the mousse, leading into a textured mouthfeel.
